  • What you see 👇🏻 Versus the truth! I have a beautiful life in Spain, I can't tell you how happy we are but last year I struggled. I showed up on stories showing the European sunshine lifestyle, peaceful beaches, clinking glasses of Sangria (still doing that now). What you see 👇🏻 Versus the truth! I have a beautiful life in Spain, I can't tell you how happy we are but last year I struggled. I showed up on stories showing the European sunshine lifestyle, peaceful beaches, clinking glasses of Sangria (still doing that now). But at that time there was a different side to my story that you didn't see. I was having my own boundaries issues. I let things get on top of me. I was over capacity, mainly with my personal life- an international move with a family is challenging. Moving to a new country, settling in, and juggling a busy three-year-old (now four) who recently dropped his naps and started a new school – it all took its toll. I had a client at the time who I was struggling to work with and it shot my anxiety sky high. But: I'm the person people turn to when they feel overwhelmed. I'm the boundaries expert, and I needed to make time to practice what I preach. So I called a meeting, and the rest is history. I now have clear steps I take whenever I feel messy to get back on track and create the boundaries I desperately needed. I share this because, just like you, I sometimes feel the weight of it all.
