Official Bio
Kate Kurdziej is on a mission to empower female startups and entrepreneurs to strike a better work/life balance by running their online businesses more efficiently. By advising on and building bespoke online systems, enforcing better boundaries with clients and freeing up time, Kate hopes to eradicate the burnout and stress that can hold so many people back.
Via her own consultancy and as a working mother, Kate knows all too well how it feels to be battling against the clock to get work done, be productive and to juggle parenting alongside a career. Prior to having her son Oliver in 2020, Kate made the decision to step away from a toxic workplace in favour of something that made her feel rewarded and satisfied. As a mother, she knew she didn’t want to go back to long and stressful hours that reduced her quality time with her son.
As a result, Kate took hold of her own career destiny and started Olivier Consultancy in September 2020. Her goal was to help others achieve their career visions and business goals without being tied down in the weeds of their business. By supporting service providers in their business operations, Kate has helped many online businesses to flourish and thrive like she does.
As Seen In:
As a business owner and travel lover, Kate is no stranger to working remotely or from new places. Her previous jobs and experience have seen her work and travel to South Korea, Morocco, New Zealand and the US, and in 2021 she moved from the UK with her husband and baby to settle in France. After successfully navigating the complex move following Brexit and COVID-19, Kate has now moved onto new pastures on the Mediterranean coast in Spain.
With a senior level background in business operations, financial systems and client administration, Kate has spent 13+ years ensuring organisations run smoothly and efficiently. As a result, her knowledge and skills in systems training and business transformation are highly sought after.
Through Kate’s business, she supports her family and is incredibly proud to be the income-earning partner in the household.
Kate is now regularly called upon to support entrepreneurs around the world seeking more autonomy and a working schedule that works for them. Kate’s streamlined processes and strategies have already allowed many solopreneurs to achieve more whilst doing less, and means that they don’t have to compromise their life, time or family in favour of business, money or success.
