What’s The Process?
- Continue to the checkout to begin your annual subscription for the representation service
- Access your representative portal and follow the next steps within 5 days, including supplying your safety information
- We will review and respond to you within 2 days of receipt of your information and confrim your representation is active
- Simply follow the guidance in your portal to add the appointed person information to the correct place(s) in your business and products
- Keep us updated of any significant changes that affect the safety status of your digital products
- Your subscription will renew annually unless you let us know- it’s as easy as that!
How Much Does The EU Appointed Representative Service Cost?
I provide this service as a flat fee €200- my fees are lower than many of the other quotes that you may have seen because we only work with clients who sell digital products rather than physical products with higher safety risks.
As the risk profile is low on digital products we can pass on that as a saving to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
The investment is €200 per year paid via an annual subscription.
In plain terms, that means that the payment will be debited every 12 months on the same date
eg. If you go through the checkout on February 14th 2025, the next payment will be due February 14th 2026, then February 14th 2027 and so on until you cancel.
To cancel, please email kate@olivier-consultancy.co.uk with AT LEAST 5 days notice of your renewal date so that the payment can be cancelled.
No, Kate will act solely as your appointed person as per the terms
