It’s a 7-month container designed to support you before, during, and after Spain.
Phase 1: Join me in The Business Class Lounge
6 months before you even arrive at the villa, you step into ligh-touch yet focused guided CEO preparation. You’ll receive pdf reflection packs, pre-recorded guided prep work, and milestone check-ins via group chat mean you’ll arrive in Spain clear, focused, and ready to make big decisions, not trying to remember your numbers on the spot.
Once month before your retreat, we’ll meet on Zoom as a group for pre-retreat briefing and celebrations. This is your pre-retreat runway so you arrive prepared and in the zone.
Phase 2: The Retreat
Four days of clarity, strategy, and connection on the coast. Workshops, deep dives, rooftop dinners, morning swims.
Your Business Retreat Week: Sample Timeline
Day 1 – You’ll arrive Monday afternoon, get settled in + relax by the pool. We get started with a warm up business session then in the evening we pop the bubbles in our opening ceremony and enjoy our welcome dinner together.
Day 2 – After a healthy breakfast, we’ll dive in with business workshops and breakout groups throughout the day, finishing with a swim and a delicious dinner.
Day 3 – You’ll go deep with our guest expert mindset coach, then achieve traction with your life-first roadmap session.
Day 4 – After waking up and an optional coastal walk, you’ll future-proof your business and after a light lunch, you’ll enjoy a floating relaxation pool session and implementation time.
In the evening, you’ll participate in the closing ceremony and cheers your new friends over an incredible 5-course farewell dinner
Day 5 – Travel home with new friends inspired & refreshed
This is where everything comes together. You’ll step out of the daily noise and into a private villa where the Mediterranean sea breeze clears your head and every detail is taken care of for you.
By day, we’ll dive deep into workshops and guided sessions, mapping your business model, simplifying and designing a strategy that feels aligned with the life you want to live. You’ll finally have the space to see the bigger picture, without distractions.

The business sessions are designed to help you step out of the day-to-day operations and focus on long-term goals, all while connecting with and learning from your peers.
Kate will send a pre-retreat questionnaire prior to the retreat and design the sessions based on the needs of the group.
Don’t worry, these sessions are designed for you to think and implement without pressure- some sessions are more structured and some are more relaxed.
There will be implementation time built into the schedule so you don’t get information overload and actually have time to move your business forward.
This retreat is not a formal vibe- we like comfy clothes, sandals and a sea-breeze as you build your empire- don’t forget your sunnies!
This small business retreat is perfect for established service-based business owners who are ready to strategise on their business, make decisions and step away with an action plan.
If you’re craving disconnection, space, clarity, deeper connections with like-minded entrepreneurs, to reset your business strategy, this retreat is for you.
Please note this is not a yoga or ‘wellness’ retreat, we like to be active but the focus is on business.
This business retreat strikes the perfect balance between structured business sessions, masterminding, implementation and personal downtime to recharge your batteries and disconnect from your day to day.
It’s not 24/7 business strategy, that’s not what you need. It’s a balance.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to unwind by the pool, enjoy some quiet reflection, or explore the local area, all while gaining clarity and insight from the business activities and conversation.
The investment is €2650 for a private room for 4 nights. Some rooms will share a bathroom but all are all single occupancy accomodation (1 person per room).
Places are strictly limited to 5 people.
All food and drink is included, with meals prepared by our private chef in a beautiful villa.
All business sessions, workshops and any other activity organised by Olivier Consultancy either on or off-site are included
All you need to do is get yourself there and you don’t need to worry about anything else whilst you’re on your retreat- leave it to Kate.

The initial €500 of any payment is a non-refundable booking fee to hold your space.
