Your Business Retreat Week: Sample Timeline
Day 1 – you’ll arrive monday afternoon, get settled in + relax by the pool. In the evening we pop the bubbles and enjoy our welcome dinner together
Day 2 – After a delicious + healthy breakfast, we’ll dive in with high-level goal setting in business to work out where you want to go in the next 12 months then in the afternoon we’ll break down how to get there in a practical bespoke roadmap
Day 3 – You’ll gain instant traction with implementation time followed by an off-site activity like wine tasting. In the evening we’ll head out for a peaceful sunset swim + have a chance to reflect candidly as a group on your business journey so far
Day 4 – Team structure + delegation day: In the morning you’ll map out your dream team + learn how to lead afternoon. In the afternoon you’ll mastermind + gain even more momentum followed by free time and a incredile 4-course farewell dinner
Day 5 – Travel home with new friends inspired & refreshed
The Details
- When: September 29th – October 3rd 2025. For the 2025 retreat we’ve moved a week later in September so you can get kids settled before jetting off. In 2024 we had kids starting new nurseries, schools and childcare for 6 months old babies- you’ve got this💖
- Where: Luxury villa with private pool near Benissa, Costa Blanca, Spain- this year we are in a better villa nearer to the sea- just 100m from my favourite cove so you can go for a morning swim, a walk on the eco coastal path or have some drinks with towels and blankets whilst you breathe in the sea air and listen to the waves
- Who: 6 women + me (4 spaces sold- only 2 left) one woman even came on the 2024 retreat and has rebooked! Her business is doing so well since the retreat- the 2024 business retreat group chat is full of wins, breakthroughs and new perspectives and friendships
- Food: I’ve secured the same wonderful private chef as the 2024 retreat as the food was to die for, local and absolutely beautiful- a true highlight of the retreat!

The business sessions are designed to help you step out of the day-to-day operations and focus on long-term goals, all while connecting with and learning from your peers.
During the 2024 business planning retreat we covered business by design (goals and HOW to actually get there), team stucture and delegation and capacity + workload management.
Kate will send a pre-retreat questionnaire prior to the retreat and design the sessions based on the needs of the group.
Don’t worry, these sessions are designed for you to think and implement without pressure- some sessions are more structured and some are more relaxed.
There will be implementation time built into the schedule so you don’t get information overload and actually have time to move your business forward.
This retreat is not a formal vibe- we like comfy clothes, sandals and a sea-breeze as you build your empire- don’t forget your sunnies!
This small business retreat is perfect for established service-based business owners who are ready to step into a more strategic, leadership role- with well-managed team members and a changed perspective.

Please note this is not a yoga or ‘wellness’ retreat, we like to be active but the focus is on business.
This business planning retreat strikes the perfect balance between structured business sessions, masterminding, implementation and personal downtime to recharge your batteries and disconnect from your day to day.
It’s not 24/7 business strategy, that’s not what you need. It’s a balance.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to unwind by the pool, enjoy some quiet reflection, or explore the local area, all while gaining clarity and insight from the business activities and conversations.
The investment is £2222 for a single occupancy room for 4 nights. Some rooms will share a bathroom.
Places are strictly limited to 6 people– the villa is booked and is located in Cala Pinets, Moraira on the Costa Blanca- 100m from the Mediterranean sea.
All food and drink is included, with meals prepared by our private chef in a beautiful villa.
All business sessions, workshops and any other activity organised by Olivier Consultancy either on or off-site are included.
All you need to do is get yourself there and you don’t need to worry about anything else whilst you’re on your retreat- leave it to Kate.
Payment plans are available if you prefer to spread the cost.
