Frequently Asked Questions
Despite being able to help you build your business in more general terms, here at Service Pro society we specialise in online service businesses where you provide a service remotely for your clients.
Live Q&As take place fortnightly. There is no set duration but they usually last around 30- 45 minutes. You can join live via Zoom to ask a question or simply soak in the learning points, or watch passively via Facebook livestream. If you have a question and can’t attend live then submit a question by form in advance.
Coworking takes place on the last Friday of each month at 9.30-11am UK. Â
Each month there is a live training masterclass, or another way to access support like a tech drop in clinic. Live masterclasses are recorded and added to the on demand library.
Investment is ÂŁ35 per month on subscription or ÂŁ350 on an annual subscription (12 months for the price of 10) Please ensure you read the terms on checkout for full details.
The Q&As are drop-in sessions and you only need to attend if you have a specific question, but of course youâre welcome to watch them just to hear other membersâ questions. If you cannot make it to the Q&A session but you still have a question, submit your question using the form and your question will be answered on the call. You can then watch the replay in the Facebook group.
As far as possible, any live training masterclasses or tech clinics will be held via Zoom. They will be recorded and the replay will be uploaded to your resource library within 48 hours following the end of a live session. From time to time technology may fail and the recording may be unavailable or of poor visual or sound quality but we do aim to record all live sessions.
No, there is no 1:1 support included.
The membership is DIY style, where you access any resources that you want to, and then ask questions in the Q&As for more bespoke support. The Q&As will be group calls, and we do ask that you are respectful of all membersâ time when asking questions- additional 1:1 support can be arranged if you need a more focussed and bespoke session.
Additional support can be offered to each member in the form of 1:1 sessions. We are happy to support you as required, please contact us directly. Additional charges will apply but will be offered at a preferential rate to members.
Service Pro Society is aimed at newer business owners 1+ year into their journey
If you’re just starting out, then ask those beginner questions in the Q&As and soak up queries and learnings from people a little further ahead.
You’ll all have different questions, but we can learn from each other no matter what stage of business you’re at.
