Below are general sales terms for instant access purchases (e-downloads) and other in-person or online training sessions and consultancy unless otherwise specified. All training slides and intellectual property within templates or workshops may not be copied or replicated in any way.Under no circumstances may templates or training content be duplicated, copied, reproduced or replicated by any other party.These Terms of Purchase set out how you (the User) can make purchases from our Site. Please read them carefully. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase. Our Terms of Purchase are governed by UK legislation. It is important that you are aware that:
Digital Products
You are purchasing a template document this does not create a consultant client relationship and the templates or training content is not to be construed as advice. All materials are information only.
- On purchase you will be provided with instant access to the template or the training material. At the point of purchase, you are confirming your express consent to receive the access to the content immediately. In agreeing to be granted access at the point of purchase you will lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund.
- We make no guarantees that any templates, training material or bonuses and any other documents will be suitable.
- The Terms of Use for our Site and our Privacy Statement can be found on separate pages on our website www.olivier-consultancy.co.uk/privacy and www.olivier-consultancy.co.uk/terms
- You are responsible for any tech platform subscription costs. Some examples given in training and templates may use features from paid plans.
It is always our aim that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist. Please email hello@olivier-consultancy.co.uk with any queries. Please make us aware as soon as possible if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

When you buy a template or a training material you obtain instant access to digital copies of the documents and/or training videos. You will receive the templates as PDF documents or Google Drive documents. You can download and save the documents to your device. As you receive this file instantly you will not be entitled to receive a refund so do check that you are purchasing the correct product or service to meet your needs.
Should you contact us via social media or email before you make a purchase we will do our best to support you with the template which may best suit your needs. We make no guarantee that the template we recommend is suitable for you or your business and we are unable to provide you with legal advice.
Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property for both our customised and non-customised products and services. This means that whilst you are free to use the download digitally or print out a copy for personal use you are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share any of our products with third parties.

Should you consider that you have grounds to obtain a refund which are not set out above you should email hello@olivier-consultancy.co.uk to set out your refund request.
All refunds are provided in accordance with your statutory rights.
Using our Templates, Courses and Training Content
Our content is designed to provide information only. They are not to be construed as advice. At all times the information within our courses and downloads should be considered generic only and should you need personalised advice or support you should speak with a consultant.
No guarantees are made in reference to possible revenue from upskilling with Olivier Consultancy and results may vary. The training given is generic and non-contractual. At no point do we become liable for your future earnings and do not accept any responsibility for your business decisions or applications following the purchase of any template, download, training or course.
Online Consultations and Strategy Days
Online sessions are held via Zoom. If you are unable to attend due to illness or other unavoidable event, please contact Kate Kurdziej on kate@olivier-consultancy.co.uk to reschedule. Any resheduled appointment must take place within 1 month of the original booking date. You may only reschedule once.
Payment is due in advance and in full, or alternatively your payment plan must have commenced, to secure your appointment date and time. Dates cannot be held longer than 3 days before payment is received.
Any call notes, templates or resources agreed in advance as per your package will be sent to you via email within 2 working days of the call.
Any follow up support is provided via Slack, access details will be provided during your consultation. Slack is a free platform and can be accessed via your phone app store or by desktop.
Online Events, Workshops, Masterclasses and Virtual Retreats
If you are no longer able to attend due to ill health or other unforseeable event, you may substitute your place of your own organisation up to 24 hours before the event. After that time no substitutions will be accepted. Any amendments must be made to

Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.
